Wrappers

Hi,

I came to know that Trident has/going to have a wrapper which user can use to bring other tools in Trident workflow. We are expecting that it will minimise the effort in writing code in C# to create an activity. I wonder if there is something like this already existing or it is coming up in the next version of the Trident.

Thanks.

Hi,

Please find the response to your question below:

<<Trident has/going to have a wrapper which user can use to bring other tools in Trident workflow>>
Can you please let us know as to what do you mean by << a wrapper which user can use to bring other tools in Trident workflow >>?

Currently, the Trident Composer contains the Import web service activity through which we can import a web service as a Trident Custom Activity.

A Web service activity is a simple custom activity that acts as a wrapper for the associated Web service. The service’s inputs and outputs are exposed as input and out properties, and you can incorporate the activity into a workflow in exactly the same way as a standard activity.

For more information on Web Service Activity please refer the section: “Import a Web Service Activity” in the Trident_QuickStart guide.
